You can easily track your delivery by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number together with the email address or phone number used at checkout. If you already have a tracking number, you can enter that directly as well. After clicking “Track” , you’ll see the most up-to-date status of your parcel. Please note: it’s completely normal for the tracking bar to remain on “Info received” until your package is out for delivery. Any new updates will appear at the bottom of the page as your order moves through the courier network.
